Shipping costs
All stamp orders from 1000Stamps.com should be heavy (each stamp album weights around 2 Kg) and will be charged 25,00 euros/dollars for Europe and 50,00 euros/dollars for overseas for postage and handling costs (all orders will be sent by Express Airmail package with tracking number).

Returns
The stamps condition is fully described in our website. There are no damaged stamps (spacefillers) in the complete stamp collections. If by any reason you feel the quality of a stamp is not to your satisfaction please let us know. We will either refund you (upon receiving the damaged stamp) or give you a credit for your next order.
